MACHINE DESCRIPTION :
Automatic CNC Band Saw of small dimensions, equipped with control board to set all cutting parameters and Electronic speed variator 2.2 Kw. Ø220 mm; 260x150h mm. It is used to cut many kinds of metal materials like carbon structural steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, special alloy steel and stainless acid resistant steel.
WORKING PRINCIPLES:
Band Saw is a precision cutting tool. The working principle of a band saw machine cuts material to desired shape. Cuts are made by a blade that has long sharp teeth continuously rolling in loop through material.
