The GKS-M3015G-3000W is a gantry-type 3D five-axis laser cutting machine built for complex multi-axis work, powered by a 3000W IPG laser source from Germany. Its elevated gantry structure and carefully matched core components deliver dynamic, stable performance across the full work envelope. The independently developed 3D five-axis cutting head achieves N×360° rotation and ±135° swing, giving the flexible processing strength needed for three-dimensional parts, bevels, and contoured surfaces.

Motion control runs on a FANUC 30i-LB CNC system with high-speed laser command synchronized to axis control, supported by powerful 3D offline programming software for fast fixture design and efficient cutting simulation. The machine carries FANUC servo motors on the X, Y, Z, C, and A axes for stable, low-noise operation with high torque and speed ratio, a Neugart German reducer for rigidity and output diversification, Inovance servo drivers for fast response, German Atlanta helical gear and rack, and Hiwin Taiwan guide rails for smooth, long-life linear motion.
